Due to meteorological conditions, PM10 may rebound somewhat. The task of dust control in Zhengzhou construction site is still very difficult.
"According to the plan, from November 15th, 2017 to March 15th, 2018, it will be the "Winter Defense" time. During this period, Zhengzhou City will implement the "Careen Operation", and the urban construction area will stop all kinds of construction works, earthwork operations and house demolition ( Demolition) construction, stop road works, water conservancy projects, land remediation and other earth and stone operations. If there are any projects that require earth and stone operations, they must be approved by the municipal government before implementation.
Zhengzhou City also proposed that the relevant functional departments and staff members in the implementation of centralized action in the governance of the lack of responsibility, lack of supervision, law enforcement is not effective, will be based on the law according to the responsibility of the responsible leaders and responsible persons to report criticism, organizational treatment or party discipline and discipline. If there is dereliction of duty and other illegal acts, it shall be handed over to the judicial authorities for handling.
