Guangjin International Group (domestic) 2016 year-end staff meeting was successfully held

On the morning of January 20, 2017, the Group's domestic 2016 final employee meeting was held in the conference room on the sixth floor of the group headquarters.The meeting comprehensively reviewed the various operations and management work of the Group in 2016, and emphasized and arranged the work plan for 2017.Group general manager Lu Hongfa, Group Vice President Ma Guokun, Group Vice President Zhang Haichang, Group Finance Director Feng Hongling, Angola Branch General Manager Liu Haibin and other leaders attended the conference.All the staff of the Group Headquarters and the manager and representative of the plastics company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Zhijuan, the head of the Group's administrative personnel department.

The meeting first heard the previous work report of each unit and the main plan for 2017.During the meeting, Mr. Lu conveyed the main contents of the board of directors to everyone.There are mainly the output value profit targets set by the domestic and foreign branches in 2017, the structure of the group company, the compensation system and the performance system reform.He analyzed in detail the profit target of each company's output value, and pointed out the profit targets set by foreign trade companies, plastics companies and construction companies. I hope that everyone will work hard towards this mission goal.

Secondly, Mr. Lu summarized and emphasized the work in 2017.He pointed out that foreign trade companies should establish and expand team building, ensure the correctness of procurement and payment processes, reduce risks and increase profit points;Plastics companies should make full use of enterprise resources and platforms to establish and adhere to the quality of life, the market first survival concept;Construction companies must adhere to the main financial projects, supplemented by tooling, and strive to win contracted projects in May to generate revenue for the company;The finance department should continuously strengthen the financing function and serve the strategic development of the company;The administrative personnel department must earnestly perform its duties, continuously increase the implementation and promotion of the compensation and performance management system, pay full attention to the training work, and provide support and guarantee for the realization of the Group's goals and tasks.He also pointed out that the main work in 2017 should focus on the two main lines of engineering and trade, actively sum up the experience and deficiencies in the work of the previous year, further transform the business philosophy, continuously expand the scope of business, and increase market development efforts.

Finally, Mr. Lu made an objective and fair summary of the work in this year, and fully deployed the work goals and development ideas for 2017.He stressed that in 2017, each department should refine the annual company goals to each month, and arrange and carry out various tasks on a monthly basis, paying attention to the progress and completion of monthly work.In addition, all departments should gradually cultivate and establish a crowdfunding mode of thinking, focus on team building, constantly improve the management mechanism, establish a high-quality talent team, integrate useful resources at home and abroad, and strive to create more economic benefits.
