According to the "North China Water Conservancy and Hydropower University Alumni Association Charter" and school work arrangements，on the morning of December 31, 2016, the North China Water Conservancy and Hydropower University Alumni Association was held in the fourth conference room of Longzihu Campus.Zhang Yuanfeng, Director of the Soil and Water Conservation Plant Development and Management Center of the Ministry of Water Resources, Zhang Yufeng, General Manager of the 11th Engineering Bureau of China Water Resources and Hydropower,The president of the first alumni association, the former president Yan Da Kao, some of the school-level old leaders, etc.The school party committee secretary Wang Qingyi, the president Liu Wenzhao and other school leaders, all the middle-level staff of the school attended the meeting.
The conference is divided into two phases. The president of the first alumni association and the former president Yan Dakao represented the alumni association as the first report of the work of the council.The main work involves improving the organizational system and strengthening the construction of alumni associations;Promote the development of alumni associations, run major events, enhance the friendship between alumni and alma mater, and condense the power of alumni.Yan Da Kao President sincerely hopes that the alumni will further care, care for, help and support the development of the alma mater;We firmly believe that under the correct leadership of the new board of directors, the North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower Alumni Association will be able to continuously achieve new and greater achievements under the joint efforts of the alumni!
The meeting voted to adopt the newly revised "Regulations on the Alumni Association of North China Water Conservancy and Hydropower University", "Management Measures for the Alumni Association of North China Water Resources and Hydropower University";The vote resulted in the board of directors, standing directors and heads of the second alumni association.The main members of the second alumni association are as follows:The honorary presidents are Chen Ziqiang, Wang Qingyi and Yan Da Kao; the president is Liu Wenzhao;The executive vice president is Shi Jinfa; the vice president is composed of well-known alumni from all provinces and cities, and the current leadership of the school; the secretary-general is Guo Xiangchun; the deputy secretary-general is Dai Jitao, Chen Jiazhong, Zhao Zhenguo and Liu Yue.
