The meeting reviewed and approved the resolutions to add Tian Hongliang and Chen Jiafeng as directors of the board of directors, Li Xianguo and Li Shuzhen as alternate directors，The resolution of the group organization adjustment, the resolution of the shareholding system reform of the branch, the resolution of the management's dividend redemption and the resolution of the business objectives and tasks of each branch in FY 2019.At the same time, the participants carefully listened to the work report of the progress of key projects of each branch, and adjusted the business strategy of each branch in the new fiscal year.
