Minister Almeida agreed with Lin Yi’s views and recommended that Benguela be the first province to conclude a friendship city in Zhong’an. He also introduced the important position of Benguela Province in Angola to Vice President Lin Yi.
The two sides agreed to provide each other with a list of provinces and cities that intend to conclude a friendship city relationship, and through the establishment of a communication platform between the provinces and municipalities, to promote the establishment of the first friendship city in Zhong'an.In addition, the two sides also agreed to exchange visits with local government delegations interested in negotiating the relationship between the local government and the government at an appropriate time.
