Maria de Lourdes Mousinho spoke at the closing ceremony of the 2019 Portuguese-speaking countries press conference, stressing that Angola should make full use of China's information technology and professional training, and said that the two sides should strengthen exchanges and cooperation.
The two-week seminar is divided into three parts, themed lectures, tourism and cultural experiences.
