According to the data of the General Administration of Customs of China (see the attached table for details), the total value of imports and exports between China and Portuguese-speaking countries from January to June 2020 was US$64.598 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.9%.Among them, China imported 46.742 billion US dollars from Portuguese-speaking countries, a year-on-year decrease of 7.32%; exports to Portuguese-speaking countries totaled US$17.856 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9.39%.
In June 2020, the import and export volume between China and Portuguese-speaking countries was USD 12.823 billion, an increase of 28.92% from the previous month.Among them, China imported 9.643 billion US dollars from Portuguese-speaking countries, an increase of 37.82% month-on-month; exports to Portuguese-speaking countries were US$ 3.18 billion, an increase of 7.81% month-on-month.
