Angola's Minister of Health Sylvia Lutukta stated on June 1 that since the start of vaccination in March this year, Angola has completed vaccination for more than 1 million people.
When Sylvia Lutukta received more than 100,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine in Luanda, he said that as far as the first dose of vaccine is concerned, about 600,000 people have completed the vaccination, and more than 300,000 people have completed the second dose. .
The Minister of Health said: “Especially Luanda has implemented vaccination at the national level. In the remaining provinces, we are vaccinating the second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine.”
Sylvia Lutukta guarantees the use of safe and high-quality vaccines certified by the World Health Organization (WHO). Currently, Angola is receiving four kinds of vaccines: AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Sinopharm and Pfizer.
