On February 11, 2026, Guangjin International Group successfully convened its 2025 Year-End Board Meeting through a hybrid online and offline format, with directors from all countries in attendance. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the Group's operational achievements in 2025, analyzed developmental shortcomings and challenges, and outlined key strategies for 2026. Each reporting unit developed practical 2026 work plans and quantifiable targets based on their specific circumstances, providing operational support for the Group's resource allocation.

The meeting reviewed several key development topics for the Group and heard operational data reports from business segment leaders of overseas companies in Angola, Zambia, the Middle East, and other regions. All attendees systematically reviewed the 2025 work outcomes through detailed data analysis within their respective business domains, directly addressing challenges and issues encountered during operations while proposing targeted solutions. Each reporting unit scientifically formulated practical work plans and quantifiable targets for 2026 based on market realities and business development needs, providing robust support for the Group's overall strategic planning and resource allocation.

Achievements abound, highlights abound

In his address, the Chairman emphasized that 2025 marks a milestone year in the Group's development history and represents the most outstanding operational achievements in recent years. This success stems from the Group's unwavering commitment to a dual strategy of “tapping internal potential and expanding externally.” Internally, the Group advanced efficiency-enhancing reforms, fully implemented budget and final accounting systems, and comprehensively elevated the scientific rigor of operational management. Externally, each business segment delivered remarkable highlights:

Angola Construction Company exceeded production and profit targets, emerging as a development leader;

Zambia Trading Company and Angola Auto Trading Company maintained steady progress in complex markets;

Middle East Construction Company achieved substantial project implementation in the UAE;

Comprehensive Trading Company partnered with Liansu Group to expand its business portfolio;

Reverse talent transfers from Angola and Zambia to the Middle East pioneered new pathways for international human resource development.

Address problems head-on and focus efforts precisely

While reviewing achievements, the meeting directly addressed existing challenges in the Group's development. Influenced by factors such as a complex and volatile external environment and the need to strengthen internal management foundations, deviations persisted in the advancement and implementation of certain business operations. Some units still exhibited weaknesses in refined management and responsibility transmission, resulting in operational pressures.

In response, the Chairman emphasized that acknowledging weaknesses is the first step toward addressing them. In 2026, the Group will prioritize foundational management and execution capabilities to drive continuous improvement in development quality. All employees must heighten their sense of urgency, embrace the courage to confront internal challenges head-on, and foster a spirit of self-reform to forge new paths for growth through problem-solving.
